Winnetka, Glencoe 4th Of July 2020 Grocery Store Hours

WINNETKA-GLENCOE, IL — The Fourth of July holiday won’t be the same amid the coronavirus pandemic, but families and friends still able to gather and celebrate the day may do so, including those in Winnetka and Glencoe.

And it’s almost inevitable that a supply of condiments, hot dogs, potato chips and other July 4 classics will be forgotten on the day. Luckily, the majority of grocery stores will still be open to help out.

Here are the grocery stores that will be open on the Fourth of July in the Winnetka area, along with a couple of those that won’t.

Some grocery stores are still operating under special coronavirus-related hours, so make sure to double-check with your neighborhood location.

The Grand Food Center: Winnetka and Glencoe store open until 8 p.m., with senior citizens given priority from 7 to 8 a.m.

Jewel-Osco: Jewel-Osco is open on July 4 for regular local hours.

Lakeside Foods: July 4 hours will be 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Mariano's: Mariano's will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 4.

Sunset Foods: Sunset Foods locations are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on July 4.

Target: Target stores are open on Independence Day in 2020, with varying opening hours depending on location.

Trader Joe’s: All stores will be closed on July 4.

Valli Produce: Stores will be open until 7 p.m. on July 4.

Village Market Place: The Dempster Street market is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Whole Foods Market: Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 4.
