The audition season continues with important updates. Here is a roundup of audition information for area actors, singers, dancers and musicians:

Jazz Unlimited of Greater Milwaukee is holding scholarship auditions for high school and pre-high school jazz musicians on March 20 at Joe’s K Ranch at 4840 S. Whitnall Ave., Cudahy. The entry deadline is March 11. Application forms can be downloaded from the Jazz Unlimited website: jazzunlimitedmke.org/scholarships-programs/

Milwaukee Brewers are seeking applications for singers interested in performing the National Anthem at a Milwaukee Brewers home game. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but those interested are encouraged to get their audition video in early. Create a link to your audition video. The anthem should be no longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds in length. The anthem must be performed in its traditional form. No customized versions. Submit your video link to brewers.com/anthem

Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra will hold online auditions for the 2022-’23 season. Video links may be submitted from April 1 through 30. Requirements are: a short solo, scales, and a short excerpt of music. Get more information and register at myso.org/join-myso/spring-auditions/

Sunset Playhouse will hold auditions for “An Inspector Calls” April 4 and 5 at 700 Wall St., Elm Grove. Sign-up to reserve an audition slot online at: sunsetplayhouse.com/volunteer-information/audition/

Waukesha Civic Theatre will hold auditions for “Mamma Mia!” from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 29 and 30 at 264 W. Main St., Waukesha. A required dance audition will be held at 6:30 p.m. March 31, followed by callbacks if necessary. Actors will be notified if they are invited to the callback. Roles are open to all genders and ethnicities ages 16 and up. Sign up for a 5 minute audition slot on one of those days and prepare a 32 bar cut of a song not from the show; bring sheet music for the accompanist. A capella auditions are discouraged, and do not sing any songs from Hamilton. More information: waukeshacivictheatre.org/get-involved/
