Winter Storm Brings 'Blizzard Conditions' to Central North Dakota

A winter storm continued to affect Bismarck, North Dakota, and the surrounding area on Thursday, November 10, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

The Department of Transportation warned drivers that the “falling snow and bottom layer of freezing rain” made “travel conditions difficult.”
