Winter Storm Brings Second Snowiest Christmas to Spokane

A winter storm brought several inches of snow to Spokane, Washington, on December 25, blanketing the region and marking the second snowiest Christmas Day on record.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), more than three inches of snow fell at Spokane International Airport. The record for the snowiest Christmas was set in 1998.
