Winter storm buries Chicago in 16 inches of snow

Chicago-area residents are digging out Tuesday after a winter storm dumped nearly a foot and a half of snow in some places. (Feb. 16)

We're really fortunate just to live in the neighborhood here and just kind of sneak out for an hour and play in the snow. It's a bit cold.
