Winter Storm Prompts Flash Flood Warning in Durham, North Carolina

A flash flood warning was issued for Durham, North Carolina, on Monday, January 3, as a winter storm system brought a mixture of rain and snow to the region.

Footage filmed by Reese Jones shows a mixture of snow and rain hitting a residential area in the city of Durham.

Local energy provider Duke Energy reported that over 2,000 customers were left without power in the aftermath of the storm.
