Winter Track: Follow here for live updates from both national meets

The final day of the long three day weekend at two sites was an exciting day with two more all-Americans, a reinstatement from Friday earning a team All-American status, a county record, a state class record and lots of other great performances from North Jersey athletes at both the New Balance Nationals at the Armory and the Nike Nationals at Ocean Breeze.

Bergen Catholic's Fabian France added an all-American performance at the New Balance Nationals to his Saturday runner-up finish at Nike and ended his multi site commute by running the fastest 60 meters in Bergen County history in 6.77 seconds breaking the 1996 record of 6.78 set by the late Joe Dawkins of Hackensack.

Bergenfield's Souleymane Fall backed up his county record 200 with the second best performance in Bergen history to make all-American in the 200, while the Hasbrouck Heights girls shuttle hurdles team was reinstated and earned all-American status at the Nike Nationals.

Christina Allen of River Dell was "only" 12th in the fastest girls mile field in American history but her 4:50.48 was a state sophomore record in the event and her en route 4:49.02 1,600 is just .17 second off of the Bergen County record.

All-Americans from Nike: Connor Munson, Westwood (2nd, pentathlon); Max Zuckerman, Pascack Hills (2nd, pole vault); Colin Graham, Dumont (6th, race walk); Fabian France, Bergen Catholic (2nd, 60); Hasbrouck Heights girls shuttle hurdles relay (6th).
