Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Metropolitan Seattle as Snow Impacts Region

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a Winter Weather Advisory for multiple counties in metropolitan Seattle on Saturday, January 21, as snowfalls impacted the region.

The advisory was in place for the Cascade Mountains in Snohomish, King, Pierce and Lewis counties, and set to run through to early Sunday morning. Lowland accumulations were not expected.
