FORECAST DISCUSSION:

Happy Tuesday!

We start the day dry, keeping things clear for the morning commute. But as we get into the early to mid-afternoon timeframe, we’ll see our next cold front move in. This will bring us a bit of a wintry mix, with some sleet and snow at the onset, then a transition to mainly rain. Expect that to persist through the rest of the afternoon and evening, before tapering gradually early overnight.

Outside of an isolated patchy drizzle, or a few flurries, Wednesday starts mainly dry. Expect cloudy skies Wednesday, with highs topping out close to 40.

For Thursday, we warm to the upper 40s, and clouds continue to break up. Expect a mix of sun and clouds on Thursday, with a bit of a breeze.

A mainly dry cold front then moves in late Thursday and into Friday. This could bring an isolated shower Friday morning, but overall, I think most of us will remain dry. Highs top out in the middle 40s Friday.

Then for this weekend, we’ll see lots of sunshine (finally!), with highs in the mid to upper 40s both Saturday and Sunday.
