Wisconsin court rules woman can claim self-defense in murder of alleged sex trafficker, opening new avenues for victims

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has ruled Chrystul Kizer will be allowed to argue self-defense in the murder of her alleged sex trafficker in 2018. NBC News' Julie Tsirkin talked with Cyntoia Brown Long who was sentenced to life in prison for murdering her alleged trafficker in 2006 and how this court's ruling can change the way victims can defend themselves.
