Wisconsin Family Saves Bear With Plastic Tub Stuck on Head
A Wisconsin family boating on a lake in Chippewa County saved a black bear swimming with its head stuck in a plastic container on Saturday, June 27.
Tricia Hurt, her husband Brian and their son Brady were heading back to shore from a fishing trip on Marsh-Miller Lake when they spotted the bear.
Video posted by Tricia shows the family’s boat circle the young bear, as Brian make a number of attempts to remove the tub. Eventually, the bear was freed and, Tricia said, made it safely to shore. Credit: Tricia Hurt via Storyful
