Wisconsin offers a three-star WR in the class of 2023
The Wisconsin football program extended an offer to class of 2023 wide receiver Joshua Manning earlier today. The offer is the program’s No. 63 in the class and No. 7 at the wide receiver position.
Manning is a three-star recruit according to 247Sports and is rated as the No. 38 wide receiver in the class of 2023 and No. 7 recruit from his home state of Missouri.

The wide receiver currently holds offers notable schools including Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State and Nebraska.
