These Wisconsin restaurants and stores are offering deals for Leap Day 2024

Deals celebrating Leap Day only come around every four years and they're back this week.

On Thursday, Feb. 29, some local businesses and restaurants are celebrating Leap Day with deals, raffles and more. Here's where you can find them:

Colectivo Coffee: $2.29 off 12oz bags of coffee

Customers can get $2.29 off 12 oz bags of coffee at all Colectivo cafes on Feb. 29. Offer only valid at the register in cafes, not valid on the app or webstore.

Explorium Brewpub: Drink specials and raffles

Explorium Brewpub will offer drink specials and raffles on Feb. 29. Customers can try the Leaping Lemonade, made with LeRoy Butler's Leap Vodka, and enter the "Leap-themed" raffle drawing. They can also try Explorium's deep fried frog legs: a full pound of brined and fried frog legs.

Third Space Brewing: Bonus Beer

Third Space Brewing, which opened in Milwaukee in 2016, is opening a second location in Menomonee Falls. Third Space Innovation Brewhouse is expected to open in the spring of 2024 at Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue.

Third Space Brewing is releasing a bonus beer, Java Blanca, in honor of Leap Day. Customers are also encouraged to follow the traditions described in the Leap Day episode of "30 Rock."

Krispy Kreme: Dozen doughnuts for $2.99

Krispy Kreme is offering customers a dozen original glazed donuts for $2.29 with the purchase of a regularly priced dozen on Feb. 29 to celebrate Leap Day.

Customers can order a dozen original glazed doughnuts for $2.29 after purchasing any dozen doughnuts on Feb. 29.

Customers with a Feb. 29 birthday can also receive a free dozen original glazed doughnuts with proof of birthday. Wisconsin's Krispy Kreme is at 2900 S. 108th St. in West Allis.

Chipotle: Free guacamole

Chipotle posted a challenge where customers can uncover 29 hidden keywords in a company Instagram post to win free guacamole for the year.

Rewards members can get a free side of topping of guacamole with the purchase of an entrée on Feb. 29 with code EXTRA24 at checkout. You can find a list of the Chipotle locations in Wisconsin on Chipotle's website.

Wendy's: Free Cinnabon

Customers can get a free Cinnabon pull-apart until 10:30 a.m. local time at Wendy's on Feb. 29. No purchase necessary. One per vehicle in the drive thru or dining room. You can find a list of Wendy's locations in Wisconsin on the fast food restaurant's website.

Insomnia Cookies: Bonus cookie with purchase

Insomnia Cookies, a late-night gourmet cookie bakery with delivery service will celebrate its grand opening Tuesday, July 18 at 47 W. Adams St. in downtown Jacksonville. It is the second Insomnia Bakery in Jacksonville.
