Wisconsin redshirt freshman wide receiver Devin Chandler entered the transfer portal earlier today.
The announcement continues Wisconsin’s roster turnover. Since the 2021 season began, there are now four scholarship players that are no longer on the team—Antwan Roberts, Loyal Crawford, Jalen Berger and Chandler.
Chandler also becomes the third member of Wisconsin’s class of 2020 to enter the portal, joining Arizona linebacker Malik Reed and running back Jalen Berger.
The North Carolina native caught 2 passes in six games of action for the Badgers. He finishes his Wisconsin career with 28 receiving yards, 1 carry, 18 rushing yards, 10 kick returns and 241 return yards.
He leaves a void at kick returner, where cornerback Faion Hicks is listed on the depth chart as the No. 2 option.
