The Witcher fans can listen to the official soundtrack of season three, available to stream from today (July 27).

Released together with season three, volume two, the soundtrack by composer Joseph Trapanese features both the previously released Vol 1 album as well as 25 new tracks encompassing Vol 2 of the series.

Already at work on the show's season two soundtrack, Trapanese teamed up with Polish folk metal band Percival Schuttenbach on season three.

In addition to the original score tracks, The Witcher: Season 3 soundtrack also features original songs performed by some of the most beloved actors of the series.

These include Freya Allen aka Princess Ciri, who makes her singing debut, as well as Joey Batey, who performs three songs as fan-favourite bard Jaskier.

Meanwhile, Batey recently sat down with Digital Spy, teasing what fans could expect from the show's season three finale, describing some narrative choices as "brave".

"For me, it's quite brave in terms of its narrative beats - in terms of the way in which it's structured," the actor said.

"You know, for so many seasons, we've had it leading up to a big fight scene, and big revelations. And we get, this season, to maybe see beyond some of those big conflicts, and we get to delve into the real human side of these characters, and see what happens when things go perhaps not always to plan."

The Witcher: Season 3 Soundtrack from the Original Netflix Series is available now wherever you stream music, including Amazon.

The Witcher seasons 1-2 are now streaming on Netflix. Spin-off The Witcher: Blood Origin is also streaming on Netflix.
