Witness says Floyd 'very' startled by cop's drawn gun

Lawyers for Derek Chauvin on Tuesday began presenting their case in the former Minneapolis policeman's murder trial, calling on Hill as a witness.

She described her observations of Floyd while in the car with him outside of Cup Foods, before officers arrived on May 25, 2020, saying Floyd fell asleep.

"He already told me in the store he was tired because (inaudible) work..." Hill said, before an objection was heard.
