Witte's hat trick leads Aberdeen Central to 11-0 soccer win over Huron: Sports roundup

Four players scored at least two goals each Tuesday as Aberdeen Central picked up an 11-0 high school girls soccer victory over Huron.

Abby Witte led the way with a hat trick, scoring in the 11th, 13th and 53rd minutes.

Kailyn Poppen, Deshani Peters and Addyson Salfrank each had two goals for the Golden Eagles. Madyson Gillen and Makylie Miller rounded out the scoring.

Central did not give up a shot on goal as Taylor Thorstenson recorded the shutout. The Eagles had 20 shots on goal.
