JIM WILLIAMS: I'm Jim Williams. It is 8:55, 54 degrees. Sending it down to the ballpark with meteorologist Meg McNamara with your forecast. Good morning Meg.

MEG MCNAMARA: Yes, hello there Tim. So temperatures, we will be cruising into the mid to upper 60s this afternoon. So 66 by first pitch. I think mostly sunny skies at that point, gorgeous weather. However our Kristy Breslin has been very busy this morning covering traffic. Kristy, what are the latest updates?

KRISTY BRESLIN: Well Meg, at least the weather's gorgeous, because the traffic not so great. Take a look behind me. There's Liberty Road, we do have a crush on the inner loop at Liberty. That's what's causing that delay. It's solid back to Reisterstown Road. The top side of the Beltway also very busy. That's a look at Cromwell Bridge Road, with the delay starting back at Belair Road. Accidents Belair Road closed, southbound between Harper Road and 24, and also a crash Hanover Road at Old Hanover Road. Back to you.

JIM WILLIAMS: Kristy thank you. A band review is scheduled today for the man accused of trying to kidnap a 12-year-old girl in Baltimore County. Officers say 24-year-old Juan Williams assaulted the girl on Fullerton Avenue Saturday afternoon. He allegedly pulled her into his car, but she was able to get away. Williams is charged with kidnapping and assault.
