A 20-year-old woman died Saturday when the SUV in which she was a passenger crashed on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn, officials said.

Perrion Thompson, of Jamaica, Queens, was riding in a Chevy Trailblazer headed west on the Belt near the Erskine St. exit in East New York at 9:50 a.m. when its driver, a 20-year-old man, lost control as he changed lanes, police said.

The Trailblazer then struck a guardrail. The impact flung the woman out of the Trailblazer onto the pavement, cops said.

When the driver of the Trailblazer lost control, he cut off the Access-A-Ride van, said police. The van veered onto an embankment and turned onto its side.

EMS took Thompson and the man driving the Trailblazer and a 60-year-old man driving the Access-A-Ride van to Brookdale University Hospital, where the woman was declared dead.
