A woman is recovering after neighbors said she fell through the apartment balcony in DeKalb County.

“She had fell through, the ambulance had just come pick her up take her to the hospital. I just couldn’t believe, these floors oughta be solid, they’re not,” neighbor Robert Bolton said. “I’ve never seen it move, but evidently, if that one moved, mine probably moves sometimes.”

Several neighbors say that the woman fell through the second floor balcony, and an ambulance had to take her away.

One neighbor called conditions at the apartments on Bouldercrest Road “unlivable” and “sickening.”
