A woman riding a Queens MTA bus was humped and groped by a sick stranger, startling video released by cops Sunday shows.

The assailant is seen boarding an eastbound Q58 MTA bus around 4:40 a.m. Saturday and immediately walking up to the 44-year-old victim, grabbing her butt and pressing his crotch into her, according to police.

The perv is then seen talking with other straphangers with his mask down before he hops off the bus at Van Horn St. and Grand Ave. in Elmhurst, police said.

The attack comes as subways and busses have seen a rash of crime, forcing the MTA to plead with the city and NYPD for 1,000 extra cops to patrol the transit system.

Cops are asking the public’s help identifying the suspect in the groping incident and tracking him down.

He is described as in his 30s and 5-foot-7. He was wearing a blue surgical mask, red hoodie, black hooded coat, blue-and-black jeans and red sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
