Woman robbed at knifepoint while friend’s put in headlock in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen
A woman was robbed at knifepoint while her friend was held in a headlock in Hell’s Kitchen early Sunday, police said.
The victims were near the corner of W. 45th St. and 11th Ave. when two men approached them about 12:35 a.m., cops said.
One of the muggers pulled out a knife and demanded they turn over any valuables.
The crooks were able to steal a cell phone and a purse from one of the victims while the other was put into a headlock.
The men took off, leaving the women at the corner.
They were not injured in the robbery, according to police
