Woman shoots and kills 28-year-old on Facebook Live, Mississippi cops say

A woman was arrested after she shot and killed a 28-year-old while on Facebook Live, Mississippi deputies say.

Lowndes County deputies said they charged Kadejah Michelle Brown, 28, with murder. She was arrested just before 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 25.

Brown and the man had an argument that turned physical before she shot him, deputies said in a Facebook post. Video and audio of the altercation was captured on a Facebook Live.

The 28-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to deputies.

Officials said the two had a history of domestic violence. Brown is being held at the Lowndes County Adult Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing, deputies said.

Lowndes County is about 120 miles west of Birmingham, Alabama.
