Woman's Doctor: The dangers of pre-eclampsia for expecting mothers

In this Woman's Doctor segment, knowing the signs of pre-eclampsia. Each year, thousands of women and their babies die or get very sick from pre-eclampsia, a serious and potentially life-threatening condition that occurs during pregnancy, and occasionally during the first few weeks following childbirth. If left untreated, pre-eclampsia can lead to seizure, stroke, organ failure and even the death of the woman and-or her baby. Joining us with more is Dr. Rachel Adams from Mercy Medical Center.
