LAUREN PASTRANA: And now at 5:00, two women are describing late night parties they say they attended with embattled Congressman Matt Gaetz. The women tell CNN the first thing they were asked to do at the Orlando area parties is put away their cell phones. They say partygoers included local political figures. They also say people at the parties mingled, shared drugs, and sometimes had sex.

A spokesman for Gaetz did not respond directly to a request for comment but challenged the use of anonymous sources.

And we're also learning new details about Gaetz associate Joel Greenberg, a former Seminole County tax commissioner who was indicted last year on multiple sex trafficking charges. According to the New York Times, Greenberg has been providing the Justice Department with information since last year. The topics allegedly include encounters he and Gaetz had with women who were given cash or gifts in exchange for sex.

Greenberg has met with investigators on several occasions to establish trustworthiness, though the criminal charges against him, including fraud, could undermine his credibility.
