WOMEN MEAN BUSINESS: Byrd's Pecan Delights

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- For this week's Women Mean Business segment, we're focusing on an entrepreneur who is whipping up tasty treats with pecans. It all started when her grandparents bough a pecan farm in 1964 and now it's grown into her bakery featuring pecan treats. Learn more about Byrd's Pecan Delights at ByrdsPecanDelights.com and visit them in Adrian, Mo. for the annual Pecan Festival at their farm west of Butler, Mo. on November 4 from 11am-4pm. They will have vendors, horse-drawn hay rides and harvesting demonstrations among the pecan groves.
