Women's baskeball: Western Tech rolls past Ridgewater, 80-49

Jan. 15—LA CROSSE, Wis. — The Western Tech women's basketball team cruised past Ridgewater 80-49 on Saturday in a Minnesota College Athletic Conference game.

Bri Bahr, a 5-foot-3 sophomore from La Crosse, Wisconsin, led the Cavaliers with 29 points and 11 rebounds.

Gabby Randt had a big game for Ridgewater. The 5-11 freshman from MACCRAY had 29 points, 24 rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots. Randt played all 40 minutes and shot 12 of 22 from the field. She also made 5 of 7 free throws.

Ridgewater is scheduled to host Minnesota West Community & Technical College at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Willmar.
