The Women's Center at Lakeland Community College offers a non-judgmental atmosphere

Oct. 27—KIRTLAND — The Women's Center at Lakeland Community College is an in-person and virtual community.

The center provides a non-judgement atmosphere which helps students feel less scared or alone while going to college. It help students gain the resources, connections, skills and support might need to meet their educational goals.

On campus, they have a colorful and welcoming center in room A-2110, which is staffed every weekday when the college is open. In addition, they are happy to reach out virtually via phone, email, text or video (Webex).

Students can feel free to follow the center on social media (Facebook and Instagram),or read their newsletter and attend their virtual activities.
