Dear reader, we have wonderful news! The pimple popping gods have smiled upon us. They have granted us a blessing in the form of a freakish number of blackheads on one person's nose. Seriously, you won't believe how much pus this nose is holding.
"Eureka! We’ve got a #blackhead blessing today!" Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-wrote in the caption alongside a new Instagram video posted Tuesday.
In the disturbingly satisfying video, Lee uses her trusty metal comedone extractor to plumb the depths of a seemingly endless supply of blackheads on a patient's nose. The spirals of pus that emerge are black on one end, because they've been open to the air. (That's why blackheads are also known as open comedones.) One viewer compared the patient's nose to a strawberry, which is...honestly extremely accurate.

While viewers may be dying to pop those blackheads for themselves, we're dying to know is how this patient lasted any amount of time without hunkering down in front of the mirror and popping them at home.
