Wood County inspections: See how your favorite restaurants performed

The following are the latest results of Wood County Health Department inspections on licensed food establishments and other types of businesses, which the Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune and Marshfield News-Herald report monthly.

Marshfield

  • Bey's Bar, 305 N. Central Ave.: Sept. 6: No violations.

  • Goodfella's Pub, 141 S. Central Ave.: Sept. 26: No violations.

  • Sunrise Restaurant and Bar, 511 N. Central Ave.: Sept. 26: Three violations: Raw beef stored above ready-to-eat ham in cooler (corrected during inspection); consumer advisory on menu is missing; bleach test kit not available for checking sanitizer.

Wisconsin Rapids

  • Anchor Bay Restaurant, 1259 Anchor Landing Drive: Sept. 27: Two violations: Cooked chicken and sauerkraut not held at proper temperature; cutting board on pizza station and sandwich station scored.

  • Axe Garage, 2660 Eighth St. S.: Sept. 7: No violations.

  • Lake Aire Supper Club, 6510 State 13 S.: Aug. 31: One violation: Handwashing sink in kitchen operating incorrectly.

  • Savory Steakhouse, 4320 80th St. S.: Sept. 20: One violation: No current food protection manager's certificate posted in establishment.

  • Skate City, 2211 36th St. N.: Sept. 7: No violations.

  • Subway Saratoga, 9630 State 13: Sept. 6: One violation: Sanitizer not used according to label instructions (corrected during inspection).
