Woodridge Library Switching To Curbside Pickup, Closing Building

WOODRIDGE, IL — The Woodridge Public Library announced Wednesday they will be closing public access to the building and switching to curbside pickup only beginning Friday. According to a news release from the library, this update comes in response to mitigation measures announced by Gov. J.B. Pritzker to help prevent community spread of the coronavirus.

According to the news release, the library will continue to offer:

  • Curbside Pickup

  • Online events & virtual story times

  • eMedia to download or stream

  • Staff available by phone & email

  • Book drops open 24/7

  • Wi-Fi available in the parking lot

Pick up your holds curbside: Curbside Pickup hours as of 11/20 —

  • 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. — Monday – Friday

  • 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Saturday

  • 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Sunday
