Workers out due to coronavirus leaves Baltimore DPW 'overwhelmed' as trash piles up

Amid more complaints about trash and recycling piling up in some Baltimore neighborhoods, the mayor said the Department of Public Works is doing the best it can. But City Councilman Zeke Cohen wonders whether more can be done to inform city residents as to when their trash will be collected. Mayor Jack Young defended the DPW, saying Wednesday morning that the coronavirus is still taking a toll on employees.
