Workers Inflate Balloons Ahead of New York's Thanksgiving Day Parade

The balloon lineup of Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade was slowly inflated on Wednesday, November 24, as workers prepared for New York’s first full celebration of the holiday since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

After a heavily curtailed show in 2020, the parade will begin this year on West 77th Street and Central Park West and travel down to Macy’s flagship store on 34th Street, with 2.5 miles of public viewing along the route, Macy’s said.

According to Macy’s, the balloon line-up for the parade includes Astronaut Snoopy, Pikachu and Baby Yoda, among others.
