The 6th Annual Working Pike Job Fair in Matamoras is filled to capacity with 65 employers from the tri-state area scheduled to attend.

Job seekers can expect to find opportunities in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, financial, manufacturing, warehouse, law enforcement/corrections, recreation, sales and many more.

The job fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 4 at the Best Western Inn at Hunt’s Landing (120 US-6, Matamoras).

There is no fee for job seekers, and no RSVP is necessary.

"Come dressed to impress and bring your resume. The opportunities will be there, will you?" organizers stated in a press release.

This year’s Working Pike Job Fair sponsors are Pocono Mountain Visitors Bureau, Lackawanna College Lake Region Center, the Best Western Inn at Hunts Landing, Bold Gold Media and the Pike County Chamber of Commerce.
