Worlds of Fun looks to hire 3,000 workers for 2024 season
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Worlds of Fun plans to hire over 3,000 seasonal workers for this year.
The Kansas City amusement park is hosting a week-long hiring fair from Feb. 17-24 to fill most of those roles.
Worlds of Fun is looking to hire ride operators, food and beverage workers, lifeguards and aquatics employees, security and more.
Hourly pay will range from $13-$16 based on experience and the position. Worlds of Fun also offers increased rates for EMTs and paramedics.

“Our seasonal ambassadors are vital to the operation of Kansas City’s theme park,” Mike Kramer, Worlds of Fun talent acquisition manager, said in a release. “Worlds of Fun is where Kansas City learns how to work, provide excellent customer service and have fun all at the same time.”
