Wreaths Across America laying wreaths in Bay County in December

PANAMA CITY — Wreaths Across America will be laying wreaths across cemeteries in Bay County on Saturday, Dec. 16.

Wreaths will be laid at the following cemeteries: Mount Hope Cemetery, Lynn Haven; Marywood Cemetery TAFB; Millville Cemetery; Oakland Cemetery; Kent Forest Lawn Cemetery; and the Panama City Garden Club War Memorial.

All of these cemeteries will have 9 a.m. programs except for the West Bay Cemetery, which will have a 2 p.m. program.

Honor: Memorial Day events set in Panama City and the Beach to honor fallen soldiers

This display of appreciation is in honor of the loved ones who have been lost. The wreaths honor the sacrifices that military veterans made for the country. Wreaths Across America wants to honor every veteran who has died.
