SAN ANGELO — The WTX Boba Teahouse is opening a second location in San Angelo this summer.

"You made it happen!" stated a Facebook post by WTX Boba Teahouse. "We will officially be at Sunset Mall in June. Thank you for the love and support y’all show us day in and day out."

The post had a picture of the pop-up shop in Sunset Mall across from the food court and Spencer's at 4001 Sunset Drive.

The original location opened Dec. 16, 2021, at 13 W. Beauregard Ave. and will remain open.

"We will turn off our tipping option and replace it with our Uvalde Strong campaign, where you will be able to donate instead of tipping us," a Facebook post stated. "In return, our employees will receive an hourly increase to compensate this move."

On July 1, the WTX Boba team plans on making a trip to Uvalde to personally hand deliver the donations.

"We are always stronger together," the post stated.
