WV Hive offers customer service workshop valued at $1,500 for $50

BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) – The West Virginia Hive announced it will host an event aimed at enhancing customer service among “front line businesses” in our area.

The initiative is a two-day training event called, “Growing Your Business Through a Culture of Service.” The event will take place March 25, 2024 and March 26, 2024, at Tamarack Conference Center.

WV Hive hired the business-training consulting firm, “ZingTrain”, to customize and lead the sessions for businesses in the New River Gorge region. The event will cover management philosophy, new customer service skills, and adapting customer service to your organization.

The Executive Director of the WV Hive, Judy Moore, says the workshops will reach beyond just those in attendance because this is set up as a “train-the-trainer” program.

The training sessions are valued at $1,500 dollars, but will only cost registrants $50 dollars plus taxes and fees, thanks to the WV Hive.
