Here is my audio interview with WWE alum, former NWA champ and Fox News contributor Tyrus, who has his own talk show (a conversation) “Maintaining with Tyrus” via the OutKick platform.

We discuss his new show, the casual format, OutKick, first guest Piers Morgan, second guest “The Wolf of Wall Street” inspiration Jordan Belfort, Ice Cube, Soccer, WWE and Vince McMahon.

The debut episode of “Maintaining with Tyrus” launched on Feb. 1, featuring a sit down with Talk TV host Morgan.

No show music or intro nor make-up, it’s come as you are casual — just sit on a chair and talk in an empty room. No elaborate set. The two people in the room — seated across from each other — is the Tyrus show norm.

Tyrus’s next conversations will be with “Wolf of Wall Street” inspiration Jordan Belfort and then “How America Works” host Mike Rowe.

A native of Los Angeles, Tyrus is also a co-host of FOX News Channel’s late-night No.1 hit program “Gutfeld!” and has served as a FOX News contributor since 2016. He is very popular with Fox News channel viewers.

Tyrus is a former professional wrestler/sports entertainer who made his pro wrestling debut with WWE in 2006. He wrestled in developmental for WWE from 2006-08, took a 2-year hiatus and then returned to WWE and joined the main roster from 2010-14.

He wrestled for TNA Impact Wrestling from 2014-18. He signed with the NWA and was later crowned NWA champion.

A 6-foot-7, 375-pound athlete, Tyrus played college football for the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he studied to become a teacher. A Los Angeles Lakers fan, he worked as a bodyguard for Snoop Dogg.

Tyrus lives in New Orleans with his family, including his two daughters who are into soccer, playing and watching.

Growing up, Tyrus competed in football and golf and is now an avid soccer fan.

Tyrus is also a New York Times best selling author.
