Charlotte Flair is a very good athlete who is ultra competitive.

She has already succeeded on a high level -- record setting and Hall of Fame worthy -- with WWE.

On Cinco de Mayo in South Florida, she stepped away from that ring to test herself on another squared circle.

Flair competed in a Johnsonville SuperHole IV cornhole tournament at the Miramar Amphitheater. As a celebrity entrant, she teamed with a professional cornhole player. Yes, there are high-level professional cornhole players, and they have their own league, the American Cornhole League (ACL).

You know cornhole. You have seen it played in backyards, at picnics and while tailgating before college and pro football games.

Here is my video interview with ACL commissioner Stacey Moore, who is from Charlotte, North Carolina, home of the wrestling legend Ric Flair. He discusses the event in South Florida, the national series, cornhole, the ACL, Charlotte Flair, Ric Flair and more.

Big time, this Johnsonville event — part of the ACL‘s Pro-Am tournament series — was taped for ESPN2.

Woooo.

“The Queen” joined celebs Vinny Guadagnino (“Jersey Shore”), FOODGOD (Food influencer) and Marysol Patton (“Real Housewives of Miami”).

If anyone can compete with the guys, its Flair. I recall her training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, WWE chief content officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque said she would not only outwork the women but also the men and picked up things quickly — having an acumen for the sport and sports entertainment.

Her dad, legendary pro wrestler Ric Flair, offered words of encouragement and support for his super athletic daughter via video. A good-natured promo from “The Nature Boy.”

Hey, it’s gotta be the shoes.

FYI, Tessa Blanchard won the Impact Wrestling men’s world title, and Diamante as Angel Rose did that on a smaller scale for Florida indie group ICW. If anyone can do it in WWE (if the company allowed men vs. women), it would be Flair. She’s that good. It would be believable, credible in my opinion.

As for cornhole, different game. No need to worry about any physicality. It’s all skill and technique, which Flair also has. She did well, going 1-1 with her cornhole tag team partner Brett Guy, an ACL pro and pro wrestling fan.

That tandem defeated Patton and ACL pro Whittney Martinez in the semifinals but lost to Guadagnino and ACL pro Jeremy Schermerhorn in the finals.

The winners advance to the Johnsonville SuperHole IV Championship in August in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

There are eight tournaments throughout the country with each tournament winning tandem qualifying for those finals in Rock Hill. The celebrities are playing for bragging rights and more importantly charity.

There is also a professional series, too, at each event, and the players who win each Pro Shootout series are invited to the world championships. The total prize pool for shootouts for the year is $300,000.

If the ACL is interested, I think WWE superstars The Miz and/or Braun Strowman would also be a perfect fit for cornhole.

In addition to the cornhole action at the Miramar Amphitheater, Flair brought her WWE entrance prowess to the event and judged an arena-style entrance competition among her fellow celeb competitors Guadagnino, Patton and Foodgod as they strutted through the Johnsonville sausage tunnel with their most over-the-top entrance. She awarded the special Johnsonville SuperHole IV “Best Entrance” title to Patton.

Marysol Patton (“Real Housewives of Miami”) won the Johnsonville SuperHole IV “Best Entrance” title at the Miramar Amphitheater. WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair judged that celeb competition.
