Wyomissing, West Lawn game in Region 2 Tournament suspended

Jul. 18—The West Lawn-Wyomissing winners bracket game in the Legion baseball Region 2 Tournament at Owls Field was suspended by rain Saturday in the bottom of the sixth inning and will resume Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Owls, who are the visiting team, lead 12-5.

Here is the rest Sunday's schedule at Owls Field: Northampton will take on Wanderers in an elimination game at 1 p.m., and Nor Gwyn will play the loser of the West Lawn-Wyomissing game in an elimination game at 4 p.m.; Norchester and the winner of the West Lawn-Wyomissing game will play in the winners bracket field at 7 p.m.
