Xavier men's basketball: First look at the full 2022-23 schedule
The 2022-23 college basketball season is right around the corner and with Friday's announcement, Xavier fans can finally plan out the upcoming season on their calendars.
The Big East Conference released the conference schedule Friday morning, meaning the Musketeers' complete schedule is now available with game times and television information.
Six of Xavier's 10 Big East home games are on the weekend. The Musketeers will have three games televised on Fox national and one game on CBS national.
Xavier opens up the league season at Georgetown on Friday, Dec. 16 followed by its conference home opener vs. Seton Hall on Tuesday, Dec. 20. Xavier closes the regular-season vs. Butler on Saturday, March 4 at Cintas Center.
How can I watch Xavier basketball games?
All 20 Big East regular season games will be nationally televised, including three on Fox National (Fox 19 in Cincinnati), 13 on FS1 and one on a Fox network to be determined on the final weekend.
In addition to the Fox coverage, Xavier will have one Big East game on CBS National (Local 12 in Cincinnati) and two on CBS Sports Network. Every game of the Big East Tournament (March 8-11) will be broadcast on FS1 or Fox National.
Xavier's 18-game home schedule begins with an exhibition game against Kentucky Wesleyan on Monday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. and opening night vs. Morgan State on Monday, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m.
Xavier hosts Indiana as part of the Gavitt Tipoff Games on Friday, Nov. 18, and West Virginia as part of the Big East-Big 12 Battle on Saturday, Dec. 3.
Xavier renews the rivalry with Cincinnati for the annual Skyline Chili Crosstown Shootout on Dec. 10 at UC.
