"XO, Kitty:" Everything We Know About the "To All the Boys" Spin-Off Series

For three years, viewers got to tune into Lara Jean's journey through love, life, and high school in Netflix's To All the Boys I've Loved Before trilogy. Now that Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinsky ended their fairytale in To All the Boys: Always and Forever, there's a new love story on the rise. According to Deadline, Netflix is gearing up to release a spin-off based on the series entitled XO, Kitty.

What will XO, Kitty be about?

According to a synopsis obtained by Deadline, "In XO, Kitty, teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey thinks she knows everything there is to know about love. But when she moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend, she’ll soon realize that relationships are a lot more complicated when it’s your own heart on the line."

How many episodes will the first season have?

There will be 10 episodes of the half-hour teen dramedy.

Has there been a trailer released?

Nope, there hasn't been a trailer released, but Netflix did confirm the series with an amazing social post.

The official To All the Boys: Always and Forever Twitter account shared an animated video of someone typing an email that read, "I bet you thought the story was over... That there wouldn't be any more letters... But there's one Covey sister — some might call her the favorite 😉 — whose love story is just beginning. Stay tuned, XO, Kitty," followed by a slew of different emojis.

The post was captioned, "The story isn’t over just yet. XO, Kitty, a spinoff series starring @annacathcart inspired by To All the Boys is on its way to Netflix."
