KRYSTEN PEEK: It only took the first five games of the college basketball season for NBA scouts to take note of Texas Tech shooting guard Jahmi'us Ramsey. He averaged 20 points per game during the month of November and finished the season with 15 points and four rebounds per game.

Ramsey is an explosive guard. He can score at all three levels. He plays much bigger than his 6' 4" frame and is aggressive on both ends of the court. He's much better in a catch and shoot situation and needs to improve his playmaking ability off the dribble.

Also, for someone who shoots the ball so well, his free throw percentage was questionable this year at just 54%. Ramsey's game reminds me of Minnesota Timberwolves guard Malik Beasley. Both have the same build and size, and their shooting styles are similar. Ramsay's draft range is anywhere from 20 to early second round, and I think a team will end up drafting him in the mid 20s.
