Yamaha partners with Feed the Children, Turner Chapel A.M.E. Church for No Hunger Holidays event
Dec. 2—Yamaha U.S., and its subsidiary Yamaha Financial Services, partnered with Feed the Children and Turner Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church to bring No Hunger Holidays to 400 Marietta families.
The event was held on Dec. 2 at Turner Chapel A.M.E. Church, 492 North Marietta Parkway NE in Marietta.
Each family received a 25-pound box of food; a 15-pound box of essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and personal-care items, additional products and Disney books as a special gift for children this holiday season.
Feed the Children, a leading nonprofit focused on alleviating childhood hunger, is holding its annual No Hunger Holidays campaign to help children, parents and caregivers fill the gap during this challenging time. Yamaha has worked with Feed the Children for more than 20 years, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars and feeding tens of thousands of children.
