RUTLAND — Hearty and brave participants hit Rutland State Park Beach for the Rutland Tricentennial Polar Plunge on Saturday.
The New Year's Day run, jump and frolic into chilly Whitehall Pond helped to both ring in 2022 and kick off Rutland's yearlong tricentennial celebration, while benefitting the Atlantic Dippers for Homeless Veterans and Veterans in Need.
