8 restaurants in Palm Beach County are 'Best Places to Eat in Florida in 2022', according to Yelp

Eight Palm Beach County restaurants earned a spot on Yelp’s inaugural “Top 100 Places to Eat in Florida” list, the crowd-sourced review site announced late last month.

Yelpers raved about the fresh fish at Boca Raton’s Poke Jay Hawaiian-style restaurant, No. 16 on the list.

“If you’re looking for the freshest sushi-grade fish in your next poke bowl, Poke Jay delivers,” says the Yelp list blurb for Poke Jay.

Yelper Zach W described his Poke Jay meal as “literally the best poke/fish I’ve ever had.”

“The fish I was served was brought in just a few hours before I ordered — and I could ABSOLUTELY tell that it was fresh,” he wrote in his Yelp review.

Topping the Florida list was Coral Gables’ Fratellino Italian restaurant, which garnered more than 1,000 five-star reviews from Yelp members.

Yelp ranked the restaurants by factoring in the total “volume and ratings of reviews” between Jan. 1, 2017 and April 13, 2022, according to the site’s methodology statement.

“When available, all businesses on this list have a passing health score as of April 20, 2022,” according to the statement.
