Here are Yelp's Top 10 Taunton-area restaurants. Did your favorite make the list?

Everyone’s a critic.

Well, at least they are on Yelp.

The company has a website and mobile app that publish crowdsourced reviews for local businesses.

One of the upsides is, customers get a chance to publicly support their favorite places in a forum where they can highlight the positive attributes of the business, and share their experiences.

So which restaurants from around the Taunton area have received the best ratings on Yelp? We took a look at the Top 10, and the results are pretty close for most of them.

The Top 4 rated restaurants all had an average of 4.5 stars, and the top-rated fifth through ninth restaurants all had 4. Number 10 isn’t far behind either, with 3.5.

And, as sometimes happens with Taunton, there seems to have been some confusion with our sister city. One of the places listed in the top-rated restaurants for Taunton on Yelp is actually located in Taunton, England.
