YISD offers free food for kids over summer break
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Ysleta Independent School District (YISD) will be bringing back the YISD Summer Food Services Program for children this summer.
The food program will be providing free breakfast and lunch to children ages 1 to 18, Monday through Friday during the summer, according to the news release by YISD.
The following campuses will be participating in the program:
Bel Air High School
Del Valle High School
Eastwood High School
Hanks High School
Parkland High School
Riverside High School
Ysleta High School
Valle Verde Early College High School
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. through 9 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. starting Monday, June 3 and ending Friday, June 28, according to YISD.
