YMCA Storer Camps seeking businesses, organizations to participate in Healthy Kids Day

YMCA Storer Camps is holding a Healthy Kids Day from 1 to 4 p.m. April 29. They are looking for local businesses and organizations that offer products and services that support the overall health of children to participate. YMCA Storer Camps offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for your representatives to lead activities, provide samples or distribute information to families. Please contact Derek Bycraft at dbycraft@ymcastorercamps.org or 517-536-8607, ext. 205. There is no fee to participate.

Join Cherry Creek Cellars from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 9, as they make clay bird houses. No prior experience is needed as the instructor guides you through all the steps needed to make your own unique bird house. All materials are included with your ticket. The Kiwanis Club of Brooklyn is hosting a Swain Memorial Park playground renovation meet and greet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Brooklyn American Legion Post No. 315.
